Please let Dr. Heather know that you have pet insurance in advance, as each company has different guidelines for reimbursement. All charges must be paid in full to MobiPetCare at the time of service, and your insurance company will reimburse you based on your specific policy. Dr. Heather will fill out the insurance form and provide you with an itemized receipt so that you will be eligible for the benefits provided by your insurance company. Dr. Heather can provide you with names of popular insurance companies that her clients use. However, she has no affiliation with any insurance companies and does not have information on the policies or coverage.
